Wash, Dry, and Iron Technique

Pro Club 6.5 oz. heavyweight t-shirts are the most popular in Los Angeles because they are thick, tight around the neck, and available in tall sizes. They are also popular because you can wash them and they still look good. There is nothing like the look of a brand new t-shirt, but I am going to share with you my personal technique to wash, dry, and iron Pro Club t-shirts so they last a long time.

• Wash t-shirts in cold water only

• Let t-shirts hang-dry naturally, do not place in the dryer

• Iron the t-shirt inside-out, only the body of the shirt at this time. * You should use the spray and steam function on your iron or use a spray bottle to mist water on the section of the shirt you are ironing at that time. If you insist on using spray starch, spray the area with the mist water first and then spray your starch. Note: this will create a flakey residue because of the starch, but since you are ironing the shirt inside-out it’s OK.

• Flip the t-shirt right- side out and finish ironing out the wrinkles created by flipping, now you should iron the sleeve so you can get that crease. If you feel a need for more starch, stop!!! You can use the water spray bottle, but not starch because it might flake up. * You should lay a white bandana or white handkerchief over the t-shirt when ironing the outside. Note: I never apply heat directly to the outside of the t-shirt. The bandana is important so you don’t burn the white t-shirt and lose that crisp white look. Also, if it’s a color shirt you don’t have that burned ashy color look.

Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service. Most orders are processed and shipped by the third business day after you order. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS Ground shipping times apply, which is usually three to seven business days.

• Your order will be shipped to the address where your credit card statement are mailed to.

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
