How to price a Screen Print project
Questions you have to have an answer for:
A. How many colors and How many print locations? I.e.: 4 color back and 2 color front and 1 color image on the right sleeve and so forth.
B. The size of the image? I.e.: Front left chest (4" X 4"), Back (13" X 15"), Right sleeve (3.5" X 2"), ....
C. The color and type of the fabric? I.e.: 100% cotton in Black or 50/50 (Poly / Cotton) in Red or 100% Polyester in Green, ...

Blank Shirt Prices
Although the cost of garment changes almost daily, yet we try to keep these prices as up to date as possible. These prices are from reputable brands, 100% Cotton pre shrunk fabric, sizes S to XL. Fleece and Hoodies are either 50/50 or 60/40. Add $1.25 PER "X" for sizes larger than "XL" (for Fleece and Hoodies add $2.50 per "X"). Fore sizing and more information about the garments, click on the Title of the shirts below and it will direct you to the page about the garment and you can review their Spec sheets for sizing. The brands may differ depending on the best available price possible. Note: Some colors are few cents more than others. These are approximate pricing, we might be able to offer better pricing on higher quantities.

Screen printing

As some call it silk screening, is best when the image is a spot color image. This means the colors don't fade out and there are no gradients. Screen printing is mainly used for higher volume of garments. This is due to the time and effort that it takes for the set-up / screens to be created. Every color needs it own screen. Also, every light color ink on a dark color fabric needs a white under layer. This is to ensure that all of the colors look as vibrant as possible when printed on the shirt. Embroidery

Embroidery machines need commands to tell the needles where to go and what to do. This action is known as "Digitizing". Any logo or font needs to be digitized. The good news is that embroidery machines come with certain fonts already programmed, so you don't have to pay for digitizing.
